Please allow seven business days from the order date for processing and shipping. Once the carrier has your order, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES|

Once your order has been delivered, you have 7 business days to request any exchanges. To qualify for an exchange, items must remain intact with the original zip ties and not be altered in any way.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. 

 

SALE EXPECTATIONS|

During sales or promotional periods, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and shipping. 

For holiday periods, please allow up to 24 days as carriers may experience delays.
